On May 7th, 2021, the national government has declared a state of emergency and Fukuoka
prefecture was a designated region. Being issued this, the prefectural government has decided
to implement emergency measures based on the national government’s basic guidelines for
measures, such as closing prefectural facilities, and canceling or postponing prefectural sponsored
events.
In response to this, the International Exchange Foundation has decided to close the Kokusai
Hiroba on the 3rd floor during the following period to implement emergency measures and
prevent the spread of infection.
