At the FUKUOKA IS OPEN Center, many organizations such as the Fukuoka Regional Immigration Services Bureau and the Fukuoka Employment Service Center for Foreigners come together, making it a one-stop helpdesk to get advice about different daily life problems like Status of Residence, work, and housing.

Currently, Fukuoka Regional Immigration Services Bureau staff come to the FUKUOKA IS OPEN Center in person every Tuesday and Thursday from 13:00 to 17:00 to give in-person advice to international residents.

In addition, starting from Wednesday 1^st October, Fukuoka Regional Immigration Services Bureau staff will also come to the FUKUOKA IS OPEN Center every Wednesday from 10:00 to 14:00.
