Display Space

In the entrance to Kokusai Hiroba, there is a display space where NPOs and international exchange organizations can introduce their activities to promote international exchange.

Display Criteria

1 The international exchange organization must meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. Must be a non-profit international exchange organization with an office in Fukuoka Prefecture
2. Must have been conducting their activities for at least one year
3. Must fulfill one of the following

・Have been covered in a newspaper or magazine
・ Have their own publication
・Be a registered NPO

2 Other an organization, which has been judged to meet the objectives of FIEF

Procedures

First Time Applicants

Please read the (Guidelines for International Exchange Organization (NPO etc.) Registration ) and submit the ( Organization Display Registration Application) Please submit documentation on your organization as well.

Using the Display Space

Once the Organization Display Registration has been completed, please read the Guidelines for Display Space Use and submit the Display Space Use Application and Display Layout Sheet.
(Please note that double bookings may result in display schedules varying from those requested.)
